Audits
Our team of food specialists will:
- Undertake a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, (HACCP) audit
- Create a Gap Analysis report and recommendations
- Create/assist in the creation of the HACCP system
- Train the staff to implement the HACCP system
- Audit and train suppliers to the HACCP system
- Monitor and audit the implementation of the HACCP system
Training
