a) One Day Refresher This course is designed for the previously trained operator who has undertaken and passed the basic operational skills test, on completion of this course the operator should be able to operate his/her truck to a level of standard and again be awarded the RTITB Certificate of Basic Operational Skills. Maximum Trainees: 3 Per Course ( Previous Certificate must be available for inspection.

Those who have experience but no formal certification, must undertake the novice course.
